This painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Irrunytju Arts, Northern Territory (catalogue number IRRAB03009) which reads, 'This is Kungkarrakalpa Tjukurpa (Seven Sisters Dreaming). This place is a special place for women, Kuru Ala. That man Nyirru was trying to get one of the sisters for his wife. He changed into a kuniya (python) to trick them and went into the rockhole. He's still in that kuniya.'
