Catalogue text

This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Warlayirti Artists which states: 'This painting depicts a strategic soak with the natural landscape surrounding it. This is the country where Lucy spent a lot of time as a little girl with her mother and father. Lucy is a senior custodian of her country. She has depicted the landform of her region with areas of spinifex and sandhill country. We also see an important stone called Kurrarni set in the landscape.'
